Let me explain

This piece plays on Playboy's famous slogan, "Entertainment for Men," which is one of the most blatant examples of the objectification of women in commercial products. To exaggerate this concept, I created a cover featuring a Pakistani woman wearing a full blue burqa. The situation of Arab women perfectly embodies the essence of Playboy's slogan. The idea would be to print the magazine, filling it with images of Arab women, as if it were a catalog to flip through, amplifying the absurdity and crudeness of this commercialized view of femininity.
