Let me explain

"Tinder Machine" was born accidentally in the summer of 2020: during a dinner with a friend, I downloaded Tinder, tried it for less than an hour, and already had a cynical view of the "showcase" mode it offered me. The conversion into an image was triggered the next day, when I saw a claw machine in front of a bar in my town. The image, as I conceived and created it, communicates the possibility of winning casual sex. But you don't always win: in fact, the more you lose, the more you want to try again. The power of this image lies in the inflatable dolls, which symbolize the cold, emotionless sex that can sometimes arise from encounters arranged through dating apps. To this day, it is the key image that has brought my art to a wider audience.
