Over the years, I’ve come to hate my work "Tinder Machine". The issue with sharing art online is that it might go viral. "Tinder Machine" suffered this fate, as for years I've seen it reposted in countless variations by magazines and psychology blogs. The real challenge is accepting that, among a large body of work, this piece is always preferred over the others, probably because it generates more engagement. There's a saying that one "hangs up their shoes" when they walk away from something. In this case, I symbolically "hung one of the dolls from the artwork on the cross", thanking it for the miracles it worked in my artistic growth.
